Paper Submission


1. Prepare your papers

   Submitted papers must not have been previously published or currently under review with other conferences/journals.


2. Format your papers

   (1) Full paper submission to ICDIS 2020 can be up to eight (8) pages in the IEEE conference style including bibliography and appendices. Six (6) pages are recommended.

   (2) Papers must be formatted in IEEE conference style.IEEE conference templates can be found here:

Poster Submission

The conference will host a session for poster competition. We encourage researchers/students to share their innovative work and demonstrate their projects at the conference. All accepted posters will receive certificates, and be listed on the ICDIS website, the program and the conference proceedings as well.  Please submit your poster at:

The conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library, which will be further indexed in the Ei Compendex. Awards will be issued to best papers, best student papers and best posters. Selected best papers will be recommended to Journals for further consideration.
